Abstract

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the effect of teamwork an organizational learning on job performance of employee at Education and Training Board at Province of West Borneo. The research was conducted by using quantitative survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 71 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of teamwork on job performance. (2) there is direct effect organizational learning on job performance. (3) There is direct effect teamwork on organizational learning. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by teamwork and organizational learning.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to gain a deep understanding of the motivation employee in developing boarding school at Fajar Dunia. This research is a case study method. The validity of qualitative data obtained through the extension of time doing research and triangulation of data collection techniques and data sources in the field. The result show: 1). Goal setting in Fajar Dunia Boarding School began from making vision and mission through the challenging and specific goal to improve individual and job performance. To make it sure, superior always giving feedback to subordinates to know that the things is on the track to reach the goal. 2) Empowerment was done with formally program such training to improve self actualization, beside that the greater autonomy always be given to subordinates with many cases such sharing power and belief, making decision, and provide the tools so that the employee can more fully use their potential, thus satisfying higher-level for achievement, recognition, and self-actualization 3) Reward include extrinsic and intrinsic. Extrinsic reward are given by a manager such pay increases, bonuses, incentive, etc, with equitable system and related to a specific level of job performance. Intrinsic reward are the satisfactions an employee receives in the process of performing a particular action such completion, and achievement. Both of thus rewards are a potential barrier to work motivation in receiving organizational goal

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning effect of work environment and communication on employee's job design YPI Al-Azhar Jakarta.The research was carried out by means of survey in YPI Al-Azhar Jakarta, involving 61 employees as respondents who are selected through simple random sampling.This research finding are (1) there is a direct effect work environment on employee's job design. (2) there is a direct effect of work environment on communication. (3) there is a direct effect of communication on employee's job design.Therefore, the variation of employee's job design are effected by the variation of work environment, variation of communication, and others variation.

Abstract

The model of Motivation Book (MOTIBOO) is a literature that focused on the employee motivation, which developed by Borg and Gall, (1983).The purpose of this study is to give more contribution on the field of knowledge of motivation, and gain the practical experience on the employee motivation.This study employeed the methodology that used by Borg and Gall to analysed the motivation. It consisted of four stages : 1) pre research; 2) planning; 3) development, field analysis, model test review and; 4) post research. I picked this model, as the objective of study which analysed the motivation of IBI employees. Closely relates to the method of Borg and Gall, it also gave more flexible measurement to observe the employee attitude to perform their works.This analys resulted the data that MOTIBOO can be used as an alternative method in order to improve the employee motivation in IBI, and it can increase the employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to get picture of the management implementation of service education of an Inclusive School conducted in Tunas Nusantara Rumekso Institution as the organizer of Melati Indonesia School, Bekasi. This research used qualitative method with study case. The key informants were institution owner, principals from all levels and also teachers. To strengthen the result of this research, assessing data credibility is done through multiple informant, theory/concept and method triangulation. The data were collected through participant observation and had the results that (1).The Management implementation of education services in Melati Indonesia School conducted in a simple structure that refers to the vision-mission.This was reflected in the recruitment and placement of human resources within its organization. (2). Management of the organization was developed as much as possible conducted each academic year in order to structure the organization of teaching and learning well. (3). Management of human resources development still gave the priority of professional development and career coaching.

Abstract

The objective of research is to find out influences of the Personality and Decision Making toward the teachers organizational commitmen in Keuskupan Agung Jakarta. The research using a survey method with causal technique. This research used as a sample of 120 teachers as respondents. The samples are selected based on standard error technique. The study was a causal survey using path analysis. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The result showed that, 1) there is a direct influences of personality toward organizational commitment, 2) there is a direct influences of decision making toward organizational commitment, 3) there is a direct influences of personality toward decision making, 4) there is undirect influences of personality toward organizational commitment by decision making. The implication of this research is an effort in improving the organizational commitment of the teachers can be done through personality and decision making.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of organizational communication and motivation on the career development of the junior high school or the same level’s teacher in Zone I of Karimun’s Government Regency. Research based of junior high school or the same level’s government teacher with total sample 156 teachers with simple random sampling. The data were collected through participants observation using survey by questionnaire. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) organizational communication has positive influence on career development, (2) motivation has positive influence on career development, (3) organizational communication has positive influence on motivation. Result of the the research give information that an organization, in this case in Karimun’s Government Regency, the teachers can get the best career development by increase organizational communication and have a high motivation.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to know the effect of interpersonal communication and job stress on organizational commitment on employee. This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted of Customs and Excise Training Center by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 50 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment (2) There is a direct negative effect of work stress on commitment organization (3) There is a direct negative effect of interpersonal communication on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The objective of the reserach was to find out the influence from supervision and Task-Support toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of Teachers. The research took place at State Junior High School of South Halmahera, North Maluku Province.. The Research used random sampling and path analysis as its technical ways. The sample of the research were 91 teachers of state Junior High School. The result of the reserach showed that supervision has positif effect (1) supervision has direct effect to orgnizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) task support has positif effect to organizational behavior (OCB), (3) supervison has positif direct effect to task support. Therefore, The Research concluded that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teachers could upgrade themselves well if the supervison could work great and supported by qualified task support.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the effect of self efficacy and trust toward organizational commitment of employee of the education department at the Province of West Papua.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 80 employees. Research samples selected as much as 67 employees using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) self efficacy have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) trust have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) self efficacy have positive direct effect to trust. The organizational commitment can be improved through improvement of self efficacy and trust.
